[Lipolytech] Enzyme assays

Lipolytech은 pH-stat 기술을 사용하여 여러 가지 효소 분석을 제공합니다. pH-stat 기술은 기질의 효소 가수분해 시 반응 생성물의 방출을 모니터링하는 것으로 구성됩니다. Lipolytech는 효소의 활동을 구체적으로 측정할 수 있는 다양한 기질을 제공하고 있으며, Lipolytech는 효소 활성 측정 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.
 

• Pancreatic lipase (USP pancrelipase or Tributyrin TC4 assays)
• Gastric lipase (TC4 as substrate)
• Phospholipase A1/A2 (Egg PC as substrate)
• Biological samples (digestive juices, gastrointestinal contents, pancreatic extracts, cell homogenates and tissues, culture media, etc)
• Technical enzyme mixtures (enzymes for detergents, enzymes for food processing, etc)

[Lipolytech] Lipid analysis

Lipolytech은 lipid analysis 서비스를 제공합니다. lipid analysis은 시료에 존재하는 주요 lipid classes를 식별하기 위해 qualitative (thin layer chromatography, TLC)이 될 수 있습니다.

또한 Lipolytech은 TLC coupled to densitometry 또는 TLC coupled to flame inonisation detection (TLC-FID)를 이용한 정량 분석도 제공합니다.

Lipolytech는 일반적으로 미세 조류와 같은 미생물에 의한 지질(중성지방) 생성 또는 식이 지질과 소화로 인한 지방 분해 산물을 정량화하기 위해 이러한 유형의 분석을 제공합니다.
